The low row footplate is designed to plug into the low pulley frame to give you up to a 6" longer pull on cable rows. This item was originally designed for our older model machines, but also works with our newer IM2000 self-spotting machine and our Cable Tower. Larger foot plates are 6" x 9" and 20" on center providing a larger area for foot support for more secure and comfortable rowing plus it will provide a longer reach away from the low pulley for more ROM.
Note: This item is not required for performing low pulley rows. It is just an upgrade if you want the additional features.

Plug in attachment for the IM2000 or Cable Tower. Gives you a larger foot platform and longer range of motion and hooks to hold the row bar. Foot pads are at a comfortable angle and the additional distance from the low pulley allows you to reach more forward. Simply slides in with no pins required.
